Aksoy Capital is a stock market signal platform that uses evolutionary algorithms and AI to generate daily buy/sell/hold recommendations for US-listed stocks.
Important: All signals are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
4.1 Plans

4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit signal data without written permission - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service - Share account credentials with third parties - Use signals to engage in any form of market manipulation or fraud
Aksoy Capital does not provide investment advice. All signals and portfolio suggestions are algorithmic outputs for educational purposes only. Past performance of the algorithm does not guarantee future results. Investing in stocks involves significant risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Ajans Medialine and Aksoy Capital are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.
All content, algorithms, models, and software underlying Aksoy Capital are the intellectual property of Ajans Medialine. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajans Medialine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including investment losses based on signals generated by the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
