Refunds are processed by Paddle.com and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please submit a separate refund request if you are within the 14-day window.
After the 14-day refund window, we generally do not issue refunds. However, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
